Climate action is something that is very important to me, and is something I believe should be at the forefront of everyone's mind. I try to find as many ways as I can to connect my music to climate work as I can- music and art have an ability to hold our attention and stay with us and I believe that music has the power to make systems change.
Here are some organizations that are doing great work in the climate and music space and Iām really honoured to be working with them. If you are in the music industry or even just a fan I urge you to check them out!
Organizations I actively support:
NO MUSIC ON A DEAD PLANET is a global movement of musicians and music lovers coming together to take action on climate.
The Jellyfish Project combines the power of live music with engaging presentations and thought-provoking resources to educate youth about climate change, and inspire them to take effective action for our environment and our future.
EarthPercent invites artists and the music industry at large to donate a small percentage of their income, making change through organisations that meaningfully address the climate and nature crises.
